Aberavon-Port Talbot

Located 55minutes from the severn bridge, M4 junction 40.

A 2 mile beach of hard flat packed sand which gets popular in the summer months with the bucket and spade brigade.Western end of the beach is the most popular.

BEACH Access:
Free parking along the promenade

BEST WIND CONDITIONS - NW,W,SW,SE

WATER QUALITY - poor

TIDE - best on low – mid rising or falling. Be observant of other watersport enthusiasts! And gusty conditions

RIDING CONDITIONS - chop/waves

WAVERIDING - good on SW and S with decent swell
