Terms & Conditions:
- All courses are booked for the date specified and are non transferable
- Course Cancellations made by participants must be made 10 days prior to course date. GKR will endeavor to offer an alternative date, No refunds however are possible. Courses are confirmed once payment is received in full,or a deposit has been taken
- GKR will provide student insurance, tuition and equipment required for safe operation during course dates
- Kite-surfing is a weather dependent activity; therefore GKR will offer replacement course dates, if a course is unable to start due to the weather conditions
- In the event of course cancellation during the course, students will be offered alternative activities
- All courses unable to start will be re-booked
- All course participants must be 18 years of age
- Students must be aware that kite surfing/Power kite sports are potentially dangerous extreme activities and must be undertaken at students own risk.
- Students must be able to swim at least 50 mtr in deep water , and be confident in the water.
- I will take full responsibility for; and hold harmless released parties for any injury that I may suffer or inflict upon others or their property as a result of my engaging in Kite sports/Kitesurfing activities.
